About Mom Coaching Network

Mom Coaching Network was established by Edel Freeman who, since 2008, has run Part Time Professionals Recruitment – a recruitment business in Navan, Co. Meath that specialises in placing professionals into part time roles in industry.

Throughout this time she has spoken with, listened to and unofficially coached many mothers with respect to their careers. Having seen the benefits of the coaching process to working mothers, she very quickly saw how coaching would benefit stay-at-home Moms also:

“Motherhood is a hugely rewarding role but its all-consuming nature can sometimes stifle the individual within us. We put our personal goals and aspirations to one side and focus on our children, their goals and the success of the family as a whole.
