As mothers we spend lots of time focussing on our children. We live in hope that they are happy, well adjusted children and try to positively influence them whenever we can. Many of us, however, don’t stop to look at ourselves.
How’s your self esteem ? Do you feel totally at ease with you? Do you accept your strengths and weaknesses in the knowledge that you can always improve in some area yet feel comfortable with the way you are now ? Hopefully you can answer ‘Yes’ to this.

If you can’t, if you constantly put yourself down, link failure in any aspect of your life to you personally then maybe your self-esteem is low and needs some work. With relatively minor changes to your perspective on life events, you can alter your self esteem in a positive way. Over the next few blogs I will talk some more about them.
