Fiona Harrold in ‘Be Your Own Life Coach’ suggests five steps to glowing self-confidence and I think they summarise brilliantly what we need to do to improve our confidence in ourselves. The 5 steps are :

Choose your influences
Beware comparisons

Simple in approach yet sometimes difficult to achieve, self-confidence should be an individual aim of us all. With it, we can certainly reach our goals quicker. Without it, life can be a struggle.
